This is actually the MSN article that got me going on this website. Although it says artificial sweeteners likely cause weight gain, the explanation is not very informative. So I decided to break down some the diets people use to lose weight so that readers could decide for themselves.
Because I am an avid user of artificial sweeteners, I found the study interesting.
